I have an online gift card.  Can I use that in stores?

Online gift cards can only be used online, and physical gift cards can only be used in store.

I have a physical gift card.  Can I use that online?

No, physical gift cards can only be used in store.

I purchased an item online, but I need to return it.  How do I do that?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not please return it to our store either by mail or in person.  Your order will be processed once we receive it.

I purchased an item over the phone, but I need to return it.  How do I do that?

Please return it in person or mail it to one of our stores and include your name and phone number so we can contact you once we receive the item to process the return.  Our system does not save your credit card information so we will need to speak with you to process the return!
